Family “Candlelight” Service
Gather your family and join us for an interactive Christmas Eve service. We will sing, pray, and invite everyone to participate in the story of Christmas. To include our little ones, we will use glow sticks for our “Candlelight” during this service.

Contemporary Candlelight Service
Enjoy contemporary Christmas and a special seasonal sermon. This service ends with candlelight and singing “Joy to the World.” (Nursery available)

Lessons & Carols Candlelight Service
Join us as we read the Christmas story in scripture, sing and hear familiar carols, listen to a brief message from a pastor, and end the gathering with candlelight and “Silent Night.”(Nursery available)

Traditional Candlelight Service
Sing along to your favorite Christmas hymns – accented by instruments – as we hear a special sermon, light candles, and close the celebration with “Joy to the World.


Online Worship

Our Contemporary and Traditional worship on Dec. 24 will be offered in person as well as online via live stream. The live stream will automatically appear at the link below 10 minutes before the service is scheduled to start.

Loss of a Spouse – GriefShare Seminar

Are you grieving the loss of a spouse? Help is here and hope is possible!

We invite you to join us in the New Year for this special GriefShare Session.

At the “Loss of a Spouse” seminar you’ll discover other people understand and have found ways to make it through, reasons for hope, and practical tips for coping with the death of a spouse.

Finding Hope Worship Service

Sometimes the holidays can be more difficult than joyful. We would like to invite you to a quiet, contemplative time to find comfort, understanding, and HOPE this Advent season.

Green Friday

We are turning Black Friday into Green Friday!

Share in the joy and fun of decorating our church for Advent. Join us as we prepare our worship spaces and campus for this beautiful season with trees, wreaths, garlands, and bows. Community service hours will be given if needed. If you have served in the past, let us know!

Advent Family Experience

Bring your family and kick off the advent season with a meal and prayer stations exploring Hope, Love, Peace, and Joy.

Join in on the fun, including building a gingerbread nativity! Register at the link below and sign-up to bring something for our shared meal: a soup, side dish, or dessert.

Studio 150 The Nutcracker

Let your holiday spirit soar with this festive family-friendly ballet!

Adventure awaits as Clara and her Nutcracker Prince battle the Mouse King and embarks on a journey through the Land of Sweets with the Sugar Plum Fairy.

Led by Studio 150, MSEE & TCA dancers, this joyous classic will leave you with cherished memories for years to come.

Festival Gloria – A Christmas Service of Worship

Join us at 9am & 11am in the Sanctuary for Festival Gloria!

Our annual Christmas concert is a gift we invite you to share with your friends and family. Come and enjoy the outstanding music-led worship at both services featuring the Christmas Festival Choir and a professional orchestra.

Both services will be held in the sanctuary (no 9am contemporary service). Nursery will be available for both services.


Festival Gloria Musician Breakfast

We have the privilege of hosting 35 professional instrumentalists on Sunday, Dec. 4. To bless the nearly 100 singers and instrumentalists, we are providing breakfast to help keep them energized for the 9:00 and 11:00 worship services! We are requesting donations of food for breakfast. To sign up, please complete the form below.

Advent Serve Day – Worship Time Change

Worship: 10-11am, MFLC Gym
Service Projects: 11:15am-12:30pm

We are a church that values service and we want to dedicate time during this busy season to serve together as a family.

Join us on Sunday, December 11 for our Advent Serve Day! On this day, we will hold one blended worship service at 10am followed by several opportunities for relational service in our community. Our hope is to spread God’s love, lend a helping hand, and build relationships both in and out of the church!

Project 1: Decorating for Christmas with Residents at The Oaks
This service project is FULL!

Project 2: Assembling & Distributing Street Eats Snack Bags
Leaders: Dave Nielson and Dylan Kling
Location: Wesleyan Fellowship Hall
Let’s gather to assemble and distribute street eats snack bags in fellowship with one another! We will share a devotion and prayer, assemble the bags, and then distribute bags in our community.

Project 3: Making Paracord Survival Bracelets, Writing Letters, & Drawing Pictures for our Military
Leader: Donna Albert
Location: MFLC Gym
Support our military near and far with encouraging letters, pictures, and survival bracelets. Items will be sent through Operation Gratitude. The bracelets provide 7.5 ft of cord that can be used in an emergency. It is named after the parachute cord and can hold up to 550 lbs of weight!

Project 4: Gardening & Campus Beautification at Killarney
This service project is FULL!

Project 5: Writing Letters & Drawing Pictures for Inua Youth
Leader: Lauren Berlin
Location: MFLC Gym
160 vulnerable youth in Naivasha, Kenya, are part of the Inua two-year wellness and training program. This advent, we would love to send the youth Christmas & New Year letters to show our love and support. Letters are sent electronically! Please consider bringing your laptop. Handwritten letters can be scanned & sent too!

Project 6: Caroling for Our Homebound Neighbors
Leaders: Claud Smith and Mary Jane Nunley
Location:
Meet in the Sanctuary Courtyard to Receive Assignments
Spread some holiday cheer by caroling house to house and room to room! We will split into smaller groups to visit some of our homebound members and sing familiar carols with leadership from our children and adult choirs.
