First United Methodist Church

Service Projects

Scripture tells us that as we abide in Jesus, we will bear much fruit and that fruit will be seen in how we love one another. (John 15:12-17). We believe that Serving is a way of putting flesh on that love. Below are current Service Projects that we invite you to join in with us on.

Donate or Serve for the Musicians' Breakfast

Sunday, Dec. 3, Winter Park Campus

We have the privilege of hosting nearly 100 musicians for the presentation of Festival Gloria. To bless the singers and instrumentalists, we are providing breakfast to help keep them energized for the two worship services! We are requesting food donations for breakfast. Join us in making this special morning a gift to our church and community.

Pecans Are Here

Support the Impact Singers’ Summer Sing and Serve choir tour and get some of your Christmas shopping out of the way. Look for our pecans in the courtyard and outside the Matthias Family Life Center during the holiday season. Pecans are also available through the church office during the week. These make great gifts!
