Service Projects

Scripture tells us that as we abide in Jesus, we will bear much fruit and that fruit will be seen in how we love one another. (John 15:12-17). We believe that Serving is a way of putting flesh on that love. Below are current Service Projects that we invite you to join in with us on.

Egg Hunt Donations

We have two awesome egg hunt opportunities at our Reeves Campus Pet Blessing (March 23) and on Palm Sunday (March 24) at FUMCWP at 10:10am. If you can donate pre-filled eggs with candy, please email Leahg@fumcwp.org to arrange drop off at the front office or in Sunday school. Please no chocolate – but starbursts, skittles, sweet-tarts, nerds, etc. are great!

The Coalition for the Homeless

On Wednesday, February 7th, there was a fire at Men’s Service Center at the Coalition for the Homeless of Central Florida. The Coalition is anticipating delays in the building cleanup and rebuild timeline. Both the men’s shelter and commercial kitchen were damaged in the fire. The needs are still great, not only for the men, but also for the women and children that relied on the dining facility in our Men’s Service Center for their next meal.

The Coalition needs your help!
