WHAT TO EXPECT

Our 9am Contemporary Service takes place in the MFLC Gym and features a modern selection of music from our amazing praise band. This service also has special Children’s Moment to engage your little ones. Our 11am Traditional Service takes place in the sanctuary, with hymns provided by you – our congregation – and other sacred songs provided by one of our choirs.

The sermon is the same at both services and we typically take communion on the 1st Sunday of the month! At FUMCWP, everyone is welcome to the table!

Our nursery is available for preschool & under at both services

WHEN YOU ARRIVE

Our parking lot is located on Interlachen Ave. across the street from the Sanctuary. The map to the left will help you find your way! If you are handicapped, we have a designated circle parking lot located on Morse Blvd.

Once on campus, our Welcome Team will greet you in front of the Sanctuary or in front of the Matthias Family Life Center.

Poinsettia Dedications

Beautiful poinsettias adorn the church for Christmas in honor or memory of loved ones. The deadline for ordering is Sunday, Dec. 15, at midnight. 

Please designate whether you will pick up your poinsettia after Christmas Eve or donate to a home-centered member.

Forum is an opportunity to gather for deep and meaningful conversation about scripture and topics of faith! Join us for special speakers and guided conversation.

Women’s Group

Women seeking to learn more about God to grow in faith. We have lively and heartfelt conversations about how God and the biblical text informs our everyday life.

Cornerstone
10-11am, Resource Center

Looking for fellowship and a safe space to study scripture? This is a great opportunity to build relationships and live out your faith in a welcoming community.

Serve on Sunday

Welcome Tent Greeters

We are looking for welcome tent greeters of all ages to serve on Sundays to ensure that each member and visitor of the church is greeted in a warm and receptive manner. The commitment is 35 minutes and you can sign-up online for a date that works best for you!

Flower & Lighting Dedications

Flower dedications are offered on a weekly basis and cost $50. Memorial Lighting is on a monthly basis with three options:

  • Rose Window: $10
  • Tower Cross: $15
  • Marcy Chapel: $10
