This July, First United Methodist Church of Winter Park invites you to Summer at the Movies—a month-long sermon series featuring four family-friendly films.

• July 5th – Zootopia 2
• July 12th – The Super Mario Galaxy Movie
• July 19th – The Mandalorian & Grogu
• July 26th – Toy Story 5

The main purpose of this series is to give us a chance to watch a movie with friends, colleagues, or loved ones and explore questions of faith that draw us outward. Movies are a powerful way to share our faith and invite others into deeper conversations about meaning, purpose, and transformation through the lens of Christ.

Curious how it works? Don’t miss a single Sunday as our pastors explore spiritual themes found in these popular stories and connect them to scripture in ways that speak to everyday life. Each week, guests will also receive a take-home guide with scripture references and discussion questions designed to spark meaningful conversations with family and friends.

These services promise laughter, fresh perspective, and a fun twist on worship. Plus, enjoy free popcorn and coloring sheets at our 9:00am service each week!
