First United Methodist Church

Service Times

9am Contemporary | 11am Traditional

Each week, we’ll gather to renew our Hope, Joy, Love, and Peace, grounding ourselves in God’s love and the call to love our neighbors. This year, we’ll reflect on the names of Jesus found in the beloved hymn What Child Is This? and explore how each name reveals a profound truth about God’s presence with us.

  • Week 1: Dec. 1, 9am Contemporary & 11am Traditional
  • Week 2: Dec. 8, 9am & 11am (Festival Gloria)
  • Week 3: Dec. 15, 9am Contemporary & 11am Traditional
  • Week 4: Dec. 22, 9am Contemporary & 11am Traditional

This Advent season, our Angel Trees will support refugees relocating to Central Florida in 2025 through the US Department of State Refugee Admissions Program. Each ornament on the trees will feature a household item needed to prepare a home for a refugee family when they arrive. We invite you to choose 1 or more ornaments and give the item listed. Look for these angel trees at the entrances to worship, starting Sunday, December 1st, the first Sunday after Thanksgiving. Red bins will be available on Sunday mornings and throughout the week to drop off your unwrapped gift. Let’s come together to love our newest neighbors!
