Service Projects

Scripture tells us that as we abide in Jesus, we will bear much fruit and that fruit will be seen in how we love one another. (John 15:12-17). We believe that Serving is a way of putting flesh on that love. Below are current Service Projects that we invite you to join in with us on.

Back to School Supplies Drive

As the school year begins on August 12, many children supported by Residing Hope are in need of essential school supplies.

Residing Hope (formerly the Florida United Methodist Children’s Home) provides Christ-centered care for children, youth, and young adults. Through residential programs, foster care, independent living, and counseling services, Residing Hope is transforming lives with stability, support, and love.

Drop supplies in the labeled red bin in the courtyard starting Sunday, August 4.

Nextrex Recycling Challenge

Sponsored by our Health & Wholeness Ministry

We’re excited to participate in the NexTrex Recycling Challenge! Over the next 12 months, our goal is to collect more than 1,000 pounds of soft film plastics and packaging. If we reach this milestone, we’ll receive a Trex® furniture bench, which will be donated to Trinity Christian Academy.

Let’s work together to make a difference for our community and our planet!
