Our Lay Care Minister Program exists to provide compassionate care and the love of Christ to those in our church family who are most vulnerable and in need of extra care. This team of lay persons have been specifically trained and vetted to provide visitation and outreach in hospital settings or to those who are “home-centered.” If you or a family member could use the support of one of our lay ministers, please complete the form below.
