Yoga Classes Spring 2020
Please join us on Mondays and Wednesdays for Yoga. It is a great way to reduce stress, increase flexibility, build strength and calm the body and mind.

Wednesday Mornings: Multi-Level Yoga with Karen
Wednesdays, Feb. 5-Mar. 11 & Mar. 25-Apr.29, 9:30-10:30am, Matthias Family Life Center 305, Winter Park Campus
We will be offering two 6-week sessions on Wednesday mornings. It’s a multi-level yoga class with demonstrations of gentle and more intense expressions of the poses.
