Our new mid-week Family Time for all ages!
It’s an evening of fun, faith and friendship that offers nourishment and nurture for everyone.
The evening kicks off with a home-cooked meal, followed by opportunities for study, music, dance and fellowship. Bring your family and friends – it’s a fun and enlightening evening.
Before Dinner Activities
Pre K Dance Class (Ages 3-4)
Introduction to dance, musicality, and creative movement. Must be 3 years old by Sept. 1, 2017.
Cost: $12.50 per class
Music and Praise for Kids (Pre K – 5th)
Jan. 24- May 9, 4:30pm-5:15pm
Music and Praise for Kids provides a fun environment for our children to share themselves musically. Weekly rehearsal provides multiple learning experiences including exploratory instrumental playing, singing, movement, and storytelling.
After Dinner Family Time Events
Hand Chimes (Grade 3-5)
This group is open to children grades third through fifth and is open to all levels of musicianship. During weekly rehearsals, children will learn to play the chimes, read music and how to work as a team. No registration is necessary.

Student Handbells (Grade 6-8)
This group is open to students grades sixth through eighth. Experience in reading music is suggested but not required. During weekly rehearsals, students will learn to play the hand bells and perfect their music and ensemble skills. No registration is necessary.

Nursery (Ages 0-Pre K)
Parents must be participating in a class on campus.
Multi-Level Yoga (Adults & Mature High School Students)
6:00pm-6:45pm, MFLC 319
This class is part of the Mindful Living Yoga series. The class includes techniques to soothe the mind by using the breath; physical postures to improve flexibility and strength; deep relaxation and Biblical Meditation to find inner peace. This class is a Yoga Flow class which combines the benefits of yoga with Essential Oils, Prayer and Christian Devotion.

Dance in Worship (Grades 1-3)
Teaching dancers performance and dance technique for dance in worship. Eligibility – Must be registered in one ballet class
Cost: $12.50 per class
Kidz Zone (Grades K-5)
Various age-appropriate activities led each week and supervised free play. Parents must be participating in a class on campus.
Adult Bible Study – Dr. Brian Russell
Jan. 24-Feb. 7, 6:00-7:00pm, MFLC Gym
Join us for three special weeks of teaching by Dr. Brian Russell, Professor of Biblical Studies at Asbury Seminary, Orlando. Dr. Russell will teach on the first couple of chapters of the Gospel of Matthew as a preparation for Lent. This three-week study will reflect how the stories of Jesus’ birth and early years, his baptism, and temptation shape us to serve as Jesus’ 21st century disciples. No registration needed.
Studio 150 – Barre Fitness Class.
Jan. 8-Mar. 15, 6:00pm-7:00pm, MFLC 305
The Barre Fitness Faculty of Studio 150 takes their dance expertise and combines it with traditional Barre Fitness exercises to give Studio 150 clients the best barre workout in Central Florida.
